Sexual Outlaws (1994) begins with Mitch Gaylord, a mute drifter who pays prostitutes to strip so he can photograph them. He sends these pictures to Elizabeth Sandifer's character, Lisa Bauer, who is sexually frustrated in her marriage to the owner of 'Sexual Outlaws' magazine, where they serve as editors. To spice up their marriage, Lisa responds to Mitch's advertisement. As they engage in flirtatious correspondence and exchange erotic photographs, one of the prostitutes involved with Mitch is murdered. The police suspect Mitch, but he inadvertently crosses paths with Lisa and reveals his identity. Together, they work to clear his name by entrapping the real killer. After successfully identifying the murderer, Lisa and Mitch share an intimate moment back at his apartment.
