Jennifer, a young mother, finds her life abruptly disturbed when she receives an urgent letter from her postman, mentioning a mysterious need. Upon returning home with groceries, she discovers that her elderly neighbor and son's babysitter has vanished. Adding to her distress is the delivery of a disturbing death poem and compromising photos of her husband and the missing babysitter.
