Alice, a 40-year-old woman who lost her husband in a car accident years ago, has resisted entering into new relationships despite her friends' encouragement. In an attempt to change this, Alice's close friends Pénélope and Isabelle arrange for her to stay at the Hôtel Normandy. While there, she meets a man with whom she begins a romantic relationship.
