Ett hål i mitt hjärta (A Hole in My Heart) follows Eric, a teenager living with his father Rickard in a run-down apartment. Eric retreats into his room, listening to loud industrial music to block out the disturbing activities happening around him. Rickard is an amateur filmmaker who has taken over the living room to shoot explicit sex videos with his disturbed friend Geko and a passive young woman named Tess.
