Four co-workers arrive at an isolated retreat expecting dull team-building exercises, but they're in for a surprise when their occupational therapist, Ginger, sparks sexual tension among them. Ginger encourages everyone to let loose, leading to spontaneous trysts and strip-downs reminiscent of teenagers' wild abandon. However, the boss, Frank, soon catches wind of these passionate escapades, putting everyone's jobs at risk.
