Kathy and Tara leave their Breton island with their friend Yann to settle in Paris. While Yann embraces city life happily, Kathy and Tara struggle with disastrous romantic lives. Believing he will soon die, Yann urges his friends to take control of their lives.

Au secours, j'ai 30 ans! ( Help, I'm 30 Years Old!) is a French comedy-drama directed by Marie-Anne Chazel and released in 2004. The film follows Kathy, Tara, and Yann, who move from their rural Breton island to the bustling city of Paris.
